As a public school teacher in California since 2004, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in elementary, middle, and high schools, watching students define their own paths, get a fresh start, and launch into life on the right foot.
I am so lucky to have learned some of my greatest life lessons from our youngest members of society: to stay present, remain motivated, value friendships, embrace creativity, and seek out what truly brings happiness.
